It is similar to bedside calling unit only difference is that it contains a pull cord in place of the patient handset. It is installed in a toilet. If the patient gets stuck in the toilet & require the help of a nurse or house-keeping staff, he has just to pull the cord. The call will be registered at the nursing station.
