Gaddiel Industries Pvt. Ltd. provides industrial products and services as stated on our website or formal quotations/agreements made from time to time between you and IDA Engineering (S) Pte. All descriptions, specifications and prices quoted are subject to confirmation at the time of order.

We may change, suspend or discontinue any product or service at any time without notice to you.

Orders & Acceptance

Gaddiel Industries Pvt shall confirm the availability of a product in GIFT ESCAPE and also upon acceptance will retain the right to cancel any order. Ltd.

An order shall not be deemed to have been accepted until we acknowledge in writing the receipt thereof or send a performa invoice. We may, in our sole discretion and without liability to you, refuse or cancel any order at any time after it is submitted, even if we have confirmed receipt of your order. Custom or special order products may not be cancelled once production has begun.

Pricing & Payment

INR is Indian Rupees, and all prices mentioned on the platform are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST, etc) unless said otherwise. This is determined by the payment terms mentioned in the quote or invoice. Paying by default is within the period indicated on the invoice. Interest may be charged for late payments at the rate allowed under, and in accordance with, The MSME Development Act 2006 or other applicable law. Payment is accepted by bank transfer, cheque or written agreement for any other method.

Delivery & Logistics

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Gaddiel Industries Pvt. Provided, however, that neither Ltd. nor the executive directors of Ltd. shall be liable for late delivery caused by logistics partners or by force majeure events. Loss/damage risk shall transfer to the buyer immediately prior to dispatch of goods from our premises, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Intellectual Property

All the content on this website, including articles, text, graphics and logos; images of products, descriptions, technical documentation) is exclusive intellectual property owned by Gaddiel Industries Pvt. India.

User Responsibilities

This warranty does not apply to any damage incurred from wrong use, alteration or neglect. It is limited to defects in materials and/or workmanship of the manufacturing process only. All content of our website is “as it already was” Without any warranties, expressed or implied.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

The laws applicable in India, Republic are governing these Terms & Conditions. Any disputes related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Ghaziabad courts in India.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any non-performance or delay in performance of our obligations which is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, acts of government – including but not limited to the COVID-19 pandemic response and consequences thereof –, strikes (e.g. social movements), supply chain interruptions etc.

Amendments

Gaddiel Industries Pvt. M/S. Ltd has the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any point in time. The date of last revision will be displayed below as an update to these terms. By continuing to use our website or services after such changes, you agree and accept the new terms.
